When I began my health coaching journey with Lesley, my 3 main goals to work on were Anxiety, Physical Health and Nutritional Health. Through regular sessions we were able to discuss these issues in depth and help me to manage and maintain a positive attitude towards improvement in these areas. Where do I begin with a testimonial about Lesley…perhaps by saying that I have been able to make changes in my life which I never ever thought possible.

Uninitiated where the health coaching scene is concerned, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from Lesley’s sessions. Fluctuating weight and sleep have always been problematic and it was a balm to be able to discuss these areas with someone understanding and non-judgemental whose go-to wasn’t a recourse to a low-fat and very limited diet.
I enjoyed Lesley’s recipe suggestions (pretty much all of which have become staples) and her intuitive understanding that any changes needed to fit with my enjoyment of cooking and our family context. Similarly, I appreciated the fact that she provided the rationale for any suggested shifts, giving me agency to implement them to whatever degree I felt able to.
Ultimately, without wittering on, if you’re looking for someone warm, compassionate and empathetic to guide you to make positive changes in your day-to-day life, this is exactly what Lesley offers. Her sessions have been a much needed reminder that self-care is not a selfish exercise, but that carefully guided, supported talk is an invaluable tool when looking to make realistic changes that are of benefit to you, but also those you love.
