Hi, I’m Lesley ​Holistic Health Coach & Founder of The Nourishing Space

I have been through my own health struggles and I believe there is always a way through to support yourself when things get difficult. You just need to know where to look and having a supportive guide at your side can be invaluable.

I found a way to ease my brain fog, ditch the alcohol, enjoy movement, manage my IBS and stress, to eat more veg and enjoy life – the last one being the most important piece of the puzzle!

I’d like to enable you to find your own way on your health journey, so you can make the small sustainable changes which will put you on a path to better, longer lasting health.

What’s the difference between being coached and following a diet?

​Well diets don’t work. It’s scientifically proven. At the end of the day, you find yourself hungry and lethargic. However coaching asks you questions which help you find out where you are stuck and to dig deep to find out what your body really needs. Coaching questions unlock what’s preventing you from nourishing yourself and shine a spotlight on why you’re self-sabotaging. 

​This reshaping isn’t about deprivation and what not to do. It’s about learning how and why to use delicious foods as fuel for your best body. It’s about adding good stuff in and thinking differently.

​The answer is starting too big! We need to set ourselves up to win, not to fail. In order to this we need to be realistic. That’s what a health coach gives you. That sounding board to test whether your goals are realistic given your current circumstances. You need to break your steps down into the smallest increments and build from there. 

These 28 days will help you find what’s holding you back and empower you to change. We’ll talk about mind-set and it’s impact. I’ll share the benefits of mindfulness. You’ll learn about the impact nourishing foods can have on your body and mind. We’ll practice habit forming and habit breaking. You’ll take home useful tools to apply to any part of your life.  ​You will be in a safe space with like-minded people. All on a similar mission. They will become your tribe!

Four x One Hour Group Coached Sessions

Each week there will be a group get together either in person or online. I’ll talk you through the topic for the week. Offer a meditation & breath work moment. You can share your values and goals, and progress with the group so we can hold you accountable to support you every step of the way. 

Daily Support in a Closed Facebook Group

You’ll have my personal support and the support of your fellow healthy kick starters each step of the way, so you never feel stuck or like you’re in it alone.​
